Emailed Progress Reports And Updates

First, please always check your SPAM folder.

We send at least 3 important progress reports / update emails monthly. Some months we’ll send more than 3, but never less. If you’re not receiving them, you’re missing out on important details!

Some of these emails are automated from our AI, and some are directly from our team. Most do not require a response from you but please read them all.

Please add our domain to your safe email list / whitelist if possible.

Pro and Leader clients can also request additional emails with much more granular detail, and these are sent from both our team and SEMrush so please whitelist them too if possible.

Connected Website

This widget displays your domain name / website. We help promote all of your public pages, content, posts, and linked social media profiles so more people can find your business online across all the major platforms.

The correct format for your domain name is a clean domain name such as: “website.com” so if you see something different such as: “www.website.com/something-else” or “subdomain.blogspot.com” please contact customer service so we can take a look.

New Customer Potential

This widget displays the number of new clients / customers your business can realistically gain. It doesn’t mean you will hit that number this month. But you could potentially reach it eventually. We have no idea if or when you’ll actually hit that number because we don’t control all of those factors.

In very rare cases, the widget will display a number that is unusually low or high. This is usually a temporary issue due to an algorithm change but please feel free to contact us so we can investigate.

New Traffic Potential

The number of additional visitors your website can realistically gain each month if you max out on SEO.

As your visibility grows, more people discover your business across all the major platforms and visit your website. More visibility leads to more traffic—and more potential customers.

Keyword Ranking Opportunities

New keywords we’ve identified that your business can rank for. We are actively working to improve your rankings across these opportunities.

You vs Competitors

This is one of our most hated widgets.

It shows how your website compares to your top competitors over time. It takes into consideration your total keyword rankings, current traffic, AI visibility, website health, social media activity, growth potential, and several other key SEO scores. It compares your metrics with your top competitors and establishes a grade.

We are actively working to help you outperform them in search results. Stronger performance means more customers choose you.

Don’t be too concerned if you start with a low grade, the AI might not have a full calculation until day 100, especially for new websites!

Website Reputation

How trustworthy and established your website appears online. We are improving your reputation so your business stands out more in search results. This means actively pushing up positive information about you while suppressing negative. More trust means more visibility and more customers.

Website Visibility

How often your business appears in search results in all of the major platforms. We are increasing your visibility so more people can find your business online. More visibility means more opportunities for customers to find you.

Blacklist Monitor

Checks if your website appears on any security blacklists. If we find your website, we’ll remove it to keep your reputation clean. We continuously monitor and keep your website clear and safe.
